If you are not hydrated your body cannot perform in class, so make sure to have a water bottle with you at all times!  If you forget…. NO STRESS we have water for purchase at the Front Desk!

*We also recommend to have eaten or had a snack at least 1-2 hours prior to your first sweat.

Please be at the studio a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your first class. This will allow enough time for the TSL SWEAT Reps and Instructors to make sure you are familiar with our space and properly prepare you for class.

*Please note for all classes if you aren’t signed in 5 minutes before class your spot may be released to a waiting TSL client.

*Spinners: If you have that favorite bike of yours make sure to show up a bit earlier as you will be asked to initial the bike you want on the site map at the Sweat Rep Desk.



Loose fitting clothing is for lounging not lunging!  We suggest sporting a breathable tee or tank and form-fitting pants or shorts on the bottom for all classes. (think YOGA)




BARRE SOCKS? Grip socks help to align the toes, increase circulation and prevent slipping when you SWEAT.  Socks are not mandatory, but can be purchased at the front desk if needed!


Spin Shoes are supplied for all 1st time clients, Lab Newbies and those on Yearly & Monthly Memberships.                                                       (For those of you who have your own shoes, our bikes are compatible with SPD & Delta Look Clips)

Please Note: $2.00 shoe charge for spin will be due on arrival for those who purchase any drop-in or class packages.

CIRCUIT: INDOOR SHOES!  Please do not arrive at the studio for class with shoes that have been worn outside.  Let’s keep our space clean and prevent our friends from stepping on rocks!!

YOGA: Nothing needed.  We supply Manduka mats along with blocks, bolsters, straps and sandbags.
