Reservations & Cancellations

Class reservations can be made one week in advance & a valid class package must be purchased in order to do so. If the class you wish to sign up for is full, we highly recommend the wait-list. As spots become available, you will automatically be added to the class & will receive an email or text notification, allowing you to accept or decline. If you think wait-lists are so last-year, arrive at the Lab early & try and snag a spot on a first come first serve basis.

We know rules were meant to be broken…but not these ones, so please read carefully!


 Your reservation will be held up to 5 minutes prior to your class, at which time your spot will be released to one of our walk in guests

In order to cancel a class, you must do so at least 3 hours prior to kick off. This will ensure that your class gets returned to your account for you to utilize for your next session. Please note, the class will not be refunded as cash, rather a credit to your account.

If you fail to cancel prior to 3 hours, your class will be deducted from your package

If you have a membership and fail to cancel 3 hours prior to your class your Credit Card on file will be Charged $15 for a late cancel or no show.

If you placed your name on a wait list, please note that it is your responsibility to remove your name from the wait list should you not be able to attend. You can be added to the class from the wait list at any time and if you fail to remove yourself, you will be deducted a class or charged $15 for a late cancel or no show.

Classes start promptly and the studio doors will sometimes be locked as a result.  We recommend that you arrive prior to the class start time to ensure entry into the studio.
